Auto Motive Technician Trainee
Job Description
- Assist experienced automotive technicians with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Learn to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while working in the automotive shop.
- Utilize tools and equipment properly and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Shadow experienced technicians to observe and learn advanced repair techniques.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge and skills.
- Assist with keeping accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues encountered.
- Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
