Job Description

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
Scan and bag items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the checkout process.
Follow company procedures for cash handling, security, and safety protocols.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
