Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share.
- Set sales goals, targets, and quotas for the team and track progress towards achieving them.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, provide updates, and share best practices.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
