Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
  • Introduce company products or services and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Engage with prospects in a courteous and professional manner to build rapport and establish interest.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine their needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide accurate information and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
  • Record details of conversations, inquiries, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain momentum and maximize conversion rates.
  • Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
