Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce company products or services and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Engage with prospects in a courteous and professional manner to build rapport and establish interest.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Provide accurate information and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
- Record details of conversations, inquiries, and leads in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain momentum and maximize conversion rates.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
